MIN EVENTS LLC is an event production company founded by Mindy Anderson in 2024. We collaborate closely with nonprofit organizations and individuals looking to host events that support causes aligned with our mission of fostering positive change in the community.
Additionally, our goal in all events, is to make sure the audience has FUN while raising FUNDS for the organization.

A BIT ABOUT MIN
Hello! I am Mindy Anderson, a dedicated community advocate with over 20 years of experience as a business owner and volunteer on Bainbridge Island. After selling my pet sitting business, Aunty Min's Specialized Pet Care, in 2023 to an employee, my focus has been on my next purpose in life...helping nonprofits raise money, grow their database and exposure in our community. I have a proven track record in producing memorable events, including annual galas, golf scrambles, and community appreciation parties. I engage directly with organizations that align with my values and I also enjoy collaborating with individuals who wish to create impactful events for causes who "make a difference" and enrich the lives of members of our community. I am particularly drawn to those nonprofits who are focused on animal welfare and the empowerment of women in crisis.

My experience is self-taught. I have been a “professional volunteer” for over 20 years and have worked with West Sound Wildlife Shelter, Kitsap Humane Society, and West Sound PAWS (formerly PAWS of Bainbridge Island & North Kitsap.) As an event planner, I have raised money for YWCA-Kitsap County, World Without Hate, and West Sound PAWS.

The Half Pack

Work with the organization to create sponsor packet and/or letter and send out to potential sponsors. Keep track of list and follow up.

Work with the organization to create procurement letter and send out to potential donors. Keep track of list and follow up.

Work with the committee to create packages with donated items.

Create item descriptions for donated items / packages.

Create bid sheets for donated items / packages.

Event set-up day of and post event breakdown. I will be there during event as well to keep things moving on time.

EVENT CONSULTING - $60/HR
THE WHOLE PACK
​Everything in the "Half Pack" plus the following:​

Work with the organization to create the theme, financial goal, and “feel” of the event.

Lead and run the event committee meetings - create agendas, sub-committees, set timelines and deadlines. Assist in recruiting committee members if needed.

Work with the event location management on details such as menu, attendee and meal deadlines, timeline of event, sound, event activities, decor at the venue.

Work with the graphic designer on event materials / catalog. If no designer, I can help create these for an additional cost.

Keep track of and communicate with event attendees.

Promote the event via social media, printed materials and press release.

Follow-up after event with attendees, donors and sponsors.
